If there is a conflict between the VRs, Discipline Rules and Guidance notes, the VRs will prevail. The FEI Equine Prohibited Substances List (EPSL) lists all Prohibited Substances, categorising them as either Banned Substances or Controlled Medication Substances, and is incorporated in the EADCMRs.
